A computer, file server or any information technology related hardware is a large investment. We treat every piece of IT equipment brought into or facility as if it was our own. Each computer is handled with care and respect.
Data
security comes first.
Most computers have irreplaceable data stored on their hard disk drives. We do
everything in our power to insure the integrity of your data.
Data or program loss can happen due to equipment failure or other reasons out of our control. And for this, we cannot be held responsible for any lost data. Keeping regular backups of all your valuable data is strongly recommended.
Confidentiality is a Promise
Personal and business files are safe with us. We will not read, copy or divulge
any of our client’s information. With clients like banks, law enforcement,
government agencies, doctors, psychiatrists, lawyers and even home computers,
information is safe with us. Our organization has been HIPPA and
Sarbanes-Oxley trained.

you informed.
If during our diagnostic phase, we discover problems that were not apparent at
first look, we will contact you before repairs are initiated.
Occasionally, during system testing and diagnostics, we uncover problems that
require more extensive work and/or parts than originally thought. Should this
happen, you will be notified before we proceed with repairs.

Only the
finest replacement parts.
Should parts be required to repair you system, only parts of a higher quality or
equal of the original equipment manufacturer will be used.
Terms:
Unless other wise arranged, our terms for individuals is cash payable on
delivery of service or product.
Businesses, Corporations, Medical
Practices, and prior arranged accounts are Net 30 Days.
In store repair estimates are FREE!
Web and e-mail hosting is payable by the month, set-up fees are waived if paid annually.
Returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Charge.
